Every year I have two important trade shows that I have to visit: Outdoor by ISPO in spring and ISPO in winter. Last January I attended the ISPO in Munich and made a video on that. In this video I show some of the news that I found interesting. Time for all the news is just too little.
ISPO & SOA Jury-member
But in the time before the ISPO show I have the Scandinavian Outdoor Award (SOA) Jury-meeting in Kleinwalsertal, Austria and like last last year I also had the honor to be on the ISPO Jury again. Sustainability
On both jury-meetings and on the trade show top topic sustainability has proven to be important again. It was very visible too. No snow in Munich this time; The world is changing. In most talks on the trade show, the jury-meetings and the news-features on the show sustainability is a key part. I had some talks with key-players from Vaude, Patagonia, Bergans, Rab and Gore. And I found interesting for me and you too, there still is a lot te learn. I decided not to cut too much in the talks since I found it interesting for you all. Trade-show shooting
Shooting on a trade-show all by yourself has proven to be a hassle again. Background sound is always a problem and I did have a technical issue with onboard camera sound. I do apologize if it is tiring to the ears and also to the those who I interviewed. I am learning by doing.
